  • Sitting/Dining room with Grade II Listed Windows, original cornicing, feature fire in stone surround, Apple TV, BOSE Hi Fi and french doors opening out into the large south-westerly facing lawned garden.
  • Fully fitted modern kitchen with integrated appliances; Alexa, induction hob, double ovens, fridge freezer with ice dispenser, m'wave and  dishwasher.
  • All bedrooms/private rooms have twist-key privacy locks.
  • Family bathroom with a walk in shower, free standing bath, WC and hand basin. 
  • Separate wet room, shower, WC, etc.
  • External laundry room with tumble drying in addition to internal and external air drying. 
  • Private off street car parking for two vehicles. (Kindly park within the space indicated and with consideration for other guests.)
  • Pets welcome; enclosed 1/4 acre landscaped, south-westerly facing garden with mature Beech trees, large shrub and multiple plantings.
  • Pet washing facilities. (ie. an outside hose and drying area) The garden is enclosed but you are advised to keep an eye on young children and pets. 
  • Communial WC available on the car park level.
  • Commentary: "Off the living room French doors, there is a level enclosed private south west facing sheltered garden with a large area of lawn and seating areas. The west of the garden is flanked by Beech trees, mature shrubs and planting You can expect to see any number and variety of species of birds, depending on season. In the late evening fox and badgers are very common. Very occasionally the odd Roe might make an appearance. Sidmouth esplanade, is a 10 minute walk, Coastal path the same, local shops and amenities are around 5 to 10 minutes walk."
